Hello Lynn.
Why not head over to introductions here (https://www.susans.org/forums/index.php/board,8.0.html) and post an intro there so we know you a little better. In the mean time "estinyl" is ethinyl estradiol and is available in pill form in .25 mg dosages from several pharmacies. I had no problem finding the in formation when I typed "estinyl" into Google.

Your Doctor and Pharmacist should be able to give you all the information, including precautions and numerous possible side effects.
