That's what I thought.
Gay? Yes. T? Not so much.
The next big test of the new political climate on Beacon Hill will
likely be the effort next year to pass a transgender-inclusive
non-discrimination and hate crimes bill. The 1913 law repeal and the
MassHealth bill passed in part because advocates and House and Senate
leadership framed them as extensions of the marriage equality fight.
