How mum Jan juggled baby with study - with more than a degree of success!

NOT many new mums would opt to start a degree while bringing up a baby.
But for Stockton student and single mum Jan Metcalf, 48, the birth of her daughter Scarlett was the ideal time to start full-time study.
Jan, from Castle Eden, won an academic award for her dissertation in transgender male to females and now wants an academic career.
