Among the office's younger managers, Garcia is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic and financial organizational goals and operations for his office as well as being an active member of two of the firm's key employee groups. He is the lead representative for the firm's San Diego offices on Ernst & Young's bEYond, which supports an LGBT culture that recognizes and leverages the value of diversity at Ernst & Young, and is active in EY Cultura (Cultivating), which promotes the advancement, professional development, recruitment and retention of Latinos within Ernst & Young.
