The sad reality of this statement is the reason for our existence at Equality Texas.
Some Texas lawmakers have a history of ghoulish behavior toward lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender Texans. They would seek to deny civil rights to Texans based solely upon sexual orientation and gender identity/expression.
At Equality Texas, we believe all 23 million residents of this great state deserve to be treated equally, with dignity and respect.
