Hello everyone. I am Shelly and just thought I would stop by and say hey. This is my first time in here so I will go ahead and let you know that I am searching for answers. I have spent my entire life running from the real me and I can no longer muster up enough motivation to run so I am in the process of accepting who I am and have always been. I am a 40 year old MTF. I am in the process of recovering from my 1st and I hope only attempt to end this twisted life of mine. I am beginning therapy and have not come out to anyone at this time. My 21 year marriage and litle girl are whats holding me back as I would rather end my life than to hurt them, but I keep hurting them anyway with my untypical behavior. I am unable to sleep and eat of even live. What do you suggest, am I hopless or what? Sorry for invading into your world but I hope you guys will let me stick around awhile and maybe you will have the answers that I so desperately need.

I can't guarantee we have the specific answers you're looking for, but what I can guarantee is that we have a veritable goldmine of information and some truly awesome people here that may allow you to gain some insight into what it is you're looking for.
