Here we go, people. The marriage amendment wins for the bible-beaters in 2008 has convinced the dim bulb wingnuts in the Republican party that the way to remake its tattered image is to focus on social conservatism -- womb control and same-sex marriage.

The Republican brand is still alive and well, Rep. Mike Pence said on Fox News Sunday.

When asked by Chris Wallace what "conservative solutions" the GOP would bring to their current minority-party status, Pence said social issues like "the sanctity of marriage" will remain the backbone of the Republican platform.

Considering that younger peoplee are more tolerant of homosexuality, that sort of strategy is going to wear thin and kill them in the long run.  The under 30 crowd is going to be replacing the less tolerant, and the least tolerant will be dying off.  "Latinos" may be a growing segment of society, but they aren't especially less tolerant on this issue than average.  Further life examples, including in the media, will continue to break down prejudices.

It's going to take a lot of work to outstubborn them, but a message of love and liberty can be more durable than a message of hate and control.

I guess the sanctity of marriage is the most important issue that the government could be covering.   :P

Why do people elect representatives who have no real interest in governing?    ???

My head hurts again    :'(

If you see a Fox News reporter, don't touch it. Avert your eyes and back away slowly. Do not try to reason with it. Remember, it is more afraid of you than you are of it.

Lol @ Fox

Not sure if anyone watched them election night but the only thing they were missing in their coverage was the KKK's representatives take on how the election was unfolding.
