In and article subtitled A bipartisan Senate report calls decisions made by the former Defense secretary a 'direct cause' of inhumane treatment of prisoners of war. Other Bush officials also are faulted, the Los Angeles Times reported that a bipartisan Senate report puts a great deal of blame for prisoner abuse on former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld:
The report, which was endorsed by Democrats and Republicans on the Senate Armed Services Committee, is the most forceful denunciation to date of the role that Rumsfeld and other top officials played in the prisoner abuse scandals of the last five years.
In several of its findings, the document also challenged the frequent assertions of senior Bush administration officials that the most egregious cases of prisoner mistreatment were isolated incidents of appalling conduct by U.S. troops.
...The document aimed its harshest criticism at Rumsfeld's decision in December 2002 to authorize the use of aggressive interrogation techniques at the U.S. detention facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.

Yes it is. ... What exactly are we talking about? :P
Seriously though. I hope that all the dark, evil things that have happened over the last 8 years will finally come to light and be set aright.

I heard that if crumsfeld goes to france, they'll bust him for war crimes and other such things. Him and kissinger.
I'd like to describe what I'd like to do to them, but it's awful violent.

I am. I would do anything but I think about it. I'm weird like that. I'm capable of imagining the most outrageous things and also realize that thoughts are not real.
My pacifism constantly needs to be worked on. It's my garden that I must keep tended.

Question is, Reba, can you do two things at once? Yend a garden and work under the hood of your pacifism? :)
