I'm 5'9" and have a 46" chest and usually get 3x or 22W in tops. I've found that some brands have darts in their blouses that enhance your figure as well. I've found them in K-mart, Lane Bryant and Macy's. And I swear, don't get anything that's likely to shrink because it seems like they always shrink in length and I just don't have the figure to be showing off my navel.
Can't help you with shoes. Mine are much smaller than yours.

the rule of thumb is 1.5-2 sizes bigger then your size in mens so a 12 in men would be about a 14 in women. but like all shoes they vary some.

ok but (& this is a BIG but) would i be able to actually buy the shoes in brick & mortar stores meaning in rl of course because i've already looked at walmart & payless so unless i'm miss-reading the sizes i'm only going to be able to get them on-line only, so if any one has any solutions please help oh and for the tops please give me a hint about the sizes.
