idunno if anyone watches the ABC show eli stone, but its about a lawyer and this episode has an ftm methodist pastor as one of the clients, being defended after being fired for transitioning. its based on the true story, but the names are changed. anyone see it? i wonder if thats a real ftm playing him? (looks like he might be, but hard to say). just thought this was kinda cool ^-^

Can't wait for it to be picked up by a broadcaster here - probably mid next year. Eli Stone and Boston Legal are huge favourites with me. ;D

Never heard of it before... But that's probably because I live under a rock when it comes to network tv. I suppose it's a good thing that I recognized Boston Legal. :P

Weird as it sounds, being a priest, a monk actually, was my dream as a child; I always look back on it in a very "and all I've ever wanted was to be ballerina" sort of cliched way. I was supremely pissed to discover that I wasn't qualified.

I love that show. I had it recorded, so I watched it last night. It wasn't the best episode of Eli Stone, and they oversimplified the issue a bit, but it was coming from the right place. I believe you can watch it on ABC.com.
And I must say, Johnny Lee Miller does a surprisingly good west coast American accent. He was cuter as a blonde, though. ;)
