what is the best to use the pills or the shots to inlarge my breast

neither. both are dangerous. are you on HRT? give it time to work.

I am not too sure about just enlarging your breasts, I have read stories about
beople using herbal supplements to get larger breasts in the past so I tried them,
but they didn't work, I have also read about people injecting themselves in thier
breasts with silicone or something to make them larger, I certainly wouldn't try that!
I agree with Nero that it is just too dangerous, HRT is the solution, but you don't just find a
doctor for that. I don't really know what you are trying to accomplish so I don't want to get
carried away with this. But if it is just breast enlargement then I am not sure I can be much
help, but if it is something more (and you will know that so I wont speculate), then you need
to find a gender therapist or just a therapist, they should be able to help you sort out your
feelings.
We have a good introductions thread that you may want to post in, if you give us a little time
and a little more info we may be able to help you more.

I am a transgender and have been since I was 10 years old I started out as a crossdresser and been a female since i was 18 dressing and living I am 47 now and have saved up my money for the trans from mtf so eneyhelp I would like very much

What would probably be best is to go to an endocronologist and get them to work out what the right dosages of HRT would be for you to try and achieve the results you want. I don't think it matters too much if you have shots or pills, it all comes down to hormone levels in your body (and more is not always better and can be bad for your health).
There will be limits to how big your breasts could grow. If your breast size bothers you then you will have to make like any other woman and stuff, push up, or get implants.

Have you started seeing a gender therapist yet? That is the only legal way to get on hormone replacement therapy.
Aside form that, they only way to get larger breast fast is to have breast implants put in.
And like Nicole said, herbal supplements do not work and they can very easily damage your liver. Any type of Do-it-yourself measures to enlarge your breast is dangerous and can even be deadly.
If you do get a prescription for HRT its still not going to change you overnight. I have been on HRT for 8 months and I am just now getting noticeable changes.
If you have been living full time as a woman since you were 18 then you should have no trouble getting on hormones legally.
