well i went out for a walk again tonite and was still nervous about it. it was also very thrilling at the same time. I actually bought lady shavers earlier today and came home and shaved my whole body. boy does it ever feel good now with a nice satin nite gown on. before today had only ever shaved my face. it quite a new experience. for now my goal is to go out with lingerie on under man clothes every day. I can see that i am going to have to buy some more nice clothes. im even going to buy satin sheet set for my bed so i can have that feeling while in bed. ;D

Yes I remember the thrill of wearing ligerie out. Now I only wear woman's underwear and I love the feel of the silky stuff. Men's stuff are just to rough and scratchy against my skin. I occassionally wear nylons or tights all day at work and I love how they make my legs feel.
I epilator on my body hairs and shave in between.
Satin sheet sound just heavenly.

... and womens clothes feel better. To me even the blue jeans and t-shirts are softer and more comfortable. And I never could figure out why only women were "allowed" to make themselves look better with makeup? To me that was always unfair. :icon_female: Stephanie D

Amen to that Stephanie D.
The only male clothing I wear are t shirts and dress shirts.
Got most of my cloths from the thrift stores around town.
Most of it is new or amost new stuff and lots had tags when I bought them.
Womens slacks and jeans feel great and fit me better than mens.
It's great talking to you about these pleasures.

I wear lingerie out sometimes too. I never tried wearing a corset out before. I love wearing silk string bikini panties and low rise boy short panties. Heck I have worn womans super low rise hip hugger jeans, belt & t-shirt. I love how these jeans hug my body and they are so soft and stretchy. They do show off my booty pretty good. I walked the neighborhood wearing these and no one seemed to be the wiser as to what I was really wearing. Mens jeans I find are too baggy and bulky. Never feel nearly as comfortable in them as I do in my hip huggers. :)

I don't own a pair of men's underwear and wear panties everyday. Cotton in summer and nylon other times. In the cooler months I always wear black tights under my trousers; they look just like mens's black socks, and depending on what I have on top, a bra or at least a camisole. Many women's blouses can pass for men's and you would be surprised how people never notice the right over left buttoning. And I wear a very pale pink lipstick most days. After a time it begins to feel rather normal wearing these things and I get uncomfortable when I have to leave them off. Nighttime always finds me in a nightgown and yes, in winter they are flannel. All these items become part and parcel of defining myself as a woman, and while society restricts me in my overall image I feel I am doing what I can to declare myself.

Hey Amber!
Good for you! :)
As I am with a room-mate and still "in the closet" so to say, I have a pair of black Victoria's Secret lycra bikinis that I wear on occassion...
Not too flashy, can blend into my normal guy stuff...
Never been darey enough to wear a bra out in public, as it shows more easily under shirts...
Maybe one of these days.... :p
A Corset would be very nice though... oooh...

the reason i can wear the bra under my shirt is it is too big. have lost almost 50 pounds and my goal is to lose another 50. then i will be about 180 :o just a shadow of myself. already feel better
.hopfully soon i will be going out. right now my aim is to do it next months nw gender alliance meeting.
at least there i will be amongst like minded people to make it easier. the owner of the store i had my bra sizing done told me a lot about it. a lot has happened in the last two weeks and since i joined susans a week ago friday. being here at susans has already given me more courage to progress toward that first time out en femme. :D

Well i must say that I have been wearing lingerie outside of my special time. I wear them under my work clothes and no one notices. I have even placed fake nails on with the excuse that I am working on growing out my nails to which I have picked and and are down o the quick.
What ever works, I have been going to shops and buying my own clothes as well shoes seem to be the hardest 11.5 are hard to find.

I did it one night last winter: i went to the bar at the end of my road wearing a bra under my pullover and black pantyhoses under my army trousers: it was a very strong feeling and a huge experience. I never did it again, but i' m sure i' ll try again soon: it' s too exciting not to do it!

Amberwish good for you. I wear panties all of the time and depending on were I am going and what the weather is like I usually wear a camisol or something like that. It does feel wonderful to be able to at least partially dress as a female in public.
Tha same i have been shaving most of my body for years I hare body hair. It is a lot of work but it is worth it to me.

Wow, cool topic, girls. My wife would absolutely kill me if she found out I was wearing my cute things underneath my work clothes, though I have worn panties and a cami before. One time I had clear polish on my nails and was really nervous about it all day. I work with mostly women. I think I walked around with clenched fists all day. :) ... I've thought about keeping a stash at work -- but I'd feel too guilty. Tights would definitely be in the mix. I'm too chicken to wear a bra -- just don't think I could get away with that. Maybe under a sweater?? Fun to think about.
Oh, and the best all-time feeling in the world (almost) is shaving legs. I don't get to do it very much -- think it's been 5-6 years (I know, gross). But it's just so awesome! The way a skirt feels hitting the back of your thighs, the way hose feels, the way jeans feel, the way your legs look in the mirror. Sigh. Enjoy it girls, those of you who get to do it all the time. I may ask my wife as kind of a Halloween thing.
Anyway, have a good day/evening, everyone!

I hear ya Jenna....
Never done clear nailpolish before.... innnnteresting.... >:D
I recently picked up two more panties to my collection, its really becoming something!
First was a black satin hipster from Victoria's Secret...
Baby's first Satin piece, how cool hm? ;)
Sadly, it fits really uncomfortable though.... so I don't tend to wear it that often. The cuts a little, unweildly, in certain areas...
And then, because that was no good (hehe) I went and got another one...
This time it was a cotton bikini, but I splurged and bought it in a rather feminine light blue
Little more risky if someone sees it... maybe I'm getting cocky :p
But fun times none the less... :)

Must be the time when I was 15 and bought up my first panties and bras.
Funny thing that when I was shopping those things couple girls of my class was shopping also.
And I don't even know was they at the same time on the lingerie shop that I was.
I love to wear carter belt and stockings when going out as "male"

I love the feeling that the person nxt to you on the bus doesn't know your dressed like a godess underneath.

I love the feel of my lingerie under my drab clothes, and I go out underdressed as often as I can, usually in bra, panties, cami and thigh-highs.
Another great thrill for me is when I can sit outside in the yard late on a warm summer night en lingerie, enjoying a cool breeze enveloping me. It's a purely wonderful feeling.

I guess I'm getting a reputation for bringing up dead threads :D Robyn, I meant to tell you the other day that I really appreciated your advice about getting a wig. Two days ago I got fitted for a wig. It will be something like long straight hair (with curls at the bottom) that frames my face nicely. And, get this! I really do not like red hair -- it's just one of those many weird things about me -- but of all the wigs I tried on the red hair looked the best on me! My biological mother had reddish/brown hair and a lot of people have told me that I look a lot like she did. I also wanted to tell you that in your profile pic you look very elegant :D

This HAS to be one of the best threads I've ever read, on any type of forum! Kudos to the OP! (thumbsup) About a week ago I was letting my nails grow out, and in my refrigeration fundamentals class the professor and a bunch of students (they're ALL a bunch of rednecks, though my gaydar tells me some of them aren't all that innocent, lol) were looking right at my nails. It didn't bother me that much, really. The only reason I cut them was because my father-in-law came up and he's quite the opinionated man. My wife's family is pretty religious and unforgiving of most everything.

Hey Amber, really sounds like you're heading in the right direction. Congratulations on losing so much weight. As for me, I haven't owned a pair of male briefs in six years and I only wear panties and pantyhose and I really enjoy wearing silky nighties to bed. And of course I love it when slowly pulling on a nice pair of sheer pantyhose over my freshly shaven legs. Ooooh, the sensation is very intoxicating!

Hey Amber, congrats here also on your weight loss. How did you do it girl?
I am trying to loose 50-60 also because it is so difficult to find my size in most stores.
I've been wearing panties almost full time now for several months and really enjoy the feel. Fortunately those sizes are readily available.
It's pretty cold were I live so wearing a bra underneath a sweatshirt is no problem but I don't know what I am going to do this summer. I'm usually in shorts and t-shirts and I am sure a bra would stand out. A dilemma I guess.

Quote Kiera: "While On Subject anybody ever 'cross dress comfortable' while extended driving??"
Hi Kiera,
I go on several 'road trips' every year. I travel several hundred miles. I wear comfy blue jeans and a tee-shirt, and slip on sandals. Of course I'm 100% En Femme...make-up, lingerie, forms.
I'll also put my long hair in a pony tail.
I really enjoy the feeling of freedom as I travel along, the breeze causing my hair to tickle my shoulders. Other drivers getting a look at me as they pass, (as always).
On several occasions, the highway patrol has come up alongside of me, I just look over and smile at them. They will move on.
Taking a break, buying gas and a drink, I walk into the mini-mart with barely a concern as to who else is there. I believe that is a key to passing, not being paranoid or overly concerned about my looks.
Those times are so relaxing, I cant wait for the next trip.
The end result is that the general public isnt really concerned about me, they have their own concerns.

Even BEFORE I came out full time in 1994 as a Transwoman , I generally wore womens undergarments . Heck , made me feel better about myself and the fact that in the winter , I had very poor blood circulation in the legs. It made good sense to wear tights or Support Panty hose at least for me and even my doctor agreed. Ellen Shaver

hi,
After one week of wearing panties and stockings all day, i do not feel right without them. I had to rush out to buy more of each and now in the mornings i just reach for my panties, put on my stockings and dress for work. What next? i am not sure but i am open for suggestions. Maybe a small tattoo somewhere.

Since I cant dress openly, I have underdressed a lot, even at work. I have never worn a corsset though. When it was cold out and I could wear a coat, then I would wear a bra. Mostly though, I wear panties, a slip (usually a full one) and a cammie. I can wear them pretty much with out them being detected. At work, most of my co-workers knew I underdressed and it didnt bother them and I live in a southern state full of good ol' boys and retired military. Wearing these relaxes me and feels good on me and I wear them quite a bit.

I know that some/many/all of you are in difficult situations, but do enjoy what you are doing. I also realise most of you are CDs rather than seeking gender reassignment therapy, and there is nothing wrong with that and I am not belittling anyone :-*. Just a few suggestions. Polish your toe nails, even if it is clear polish so your wives don't know. Shave the pits, again people don't know if you are presenting as male, and if you are presenting as female it is compulsery . Use lip balm and 'pretend' you are freshening your lipstick. Wear a more feminine watch (if you can).
Do be careful wearing your wife's clothes, particularly bras as they do stretch and I can tell when my bras are getting 'old' because they get looser and I'm pretty sure I'm the only one wearing my bras , so if she suddenly thinks her new bra is getting too loose she may start having thoughts.
One really nice thing that you may enjoy is the pleasure of a bubble bath. If you have the privacy, to lay in a warm bubble bath and just enjoy soaking and reading a magazine and even have a glass of wine. Heavenly and very feminine, which is why we do it . Male thinks we are doing female things, female doesn't give a damn what male thinks .
You may enjoy putting a panty shield into your knickers. Many woman wear them on light days so your wives may have them around. Or just buy some.
If it feels good and it's harmless enjoy. Rule #1 have a back up plan   . Yes honey I was wearing your bra so I new what size to buy you for your birthday is not a good back up plan
Love and Hugs to you all. can't stand the thought of a corset though
Cindy

Just yesterday I realised I hadn't eaten so decided to go to KFC, I was wearing, Pantyhose, newly bought very sexy glitter gypsy skirt (with gause lining), a skintight paisly top over a filled DD br, and my also newly bought patent black 4 inch pumps..
Changing and then redressing when i got home seemed too much effort, So I raced to the car, well teetered loudly in my heels..
Got in and went through the kfc drive though.. (I should say, i had no make up on and with my bald head looked quite male.. I must invest in a wig... eek..)
When i went to pay the girl told me that they couldn't accept payment by card at the time but I could come in and pay... eeekkk eeekk..
I said never mind, drove off and then went through McD's drive through... The guy that took my payment looked a little plussed but didn't say a thing...
A scary drive but so very thrilling to the core... One I will repeat when I have my wig... Maybe then I will go inside to pay ;D

I am also someone that under dresses. I wear panties everyday. During the cooler months I wear a bra and sometimes a cami under bulkier clothes like a sweatshirt. I wear them all the time and no one seems to notice. I have even worn a bralete under a loose fitting tee shirt and gone shopping. At first I was very nervous doing this but after awhile it became to feel normal being dressed this way. Now I feel very comfortable and I think that helps because people don't sense I'm trying to hide something. I'm glad you gave it a try and would encourage you to try it again.

I tried underdressing for the first time going to my community college last Wednesday, I was sooo nervous someone would discover me. What didn't help is that my bra was broken and the under wire was poking into my chest all day. Told my mom about it and all she said was "welcome to my world."

Hey Moxie,
I remember those days. Its gets more and more normal the more you wear stuff. At least for me I am at the point where it feels strange to go without.

I am not a fan of under-wire bras. They are really a pain to wear.

In 2006 I wrote
That seem kind of funny to me now. It just seem normal to me now.
I have not bought any men's clothing in years now.
Oh sorry I almost forgot about my wife buying me a men's suit for my sons wedding last year.
And you will not catch me outside of the house without a bra on.
Oh and I now buy allot of my clothing from retail store.
QuoteThe only male clothing I wear are t shirts and dress shirts.
Got most of my cloths from the thrift stores around town.
Most of it is new or almost new stuff and lots had tags when I bought them.
Women's slacks and jeans feel great and fit me better than men's.
It's great talking to you about these pleasures.
