Spanish Draft Gender Recognition Bill (http://www.pfc.org.uk/files/PL_transexual_PSOE.pdf)
Europe moves on.
Spain is the latest European Union Country to draft a Gender Recognition Bill following the European Court of Human Rights Ruling in 2002.
Rulings made at the ECHR in Strasbourg are legally binding on all Countries within the EU.
