Title: Transition Program (for keeping track of stuff)

I apologize if this is in the wrong forum, but I figured because it concerns HRT the most, it would be good in here.
So, I know about the translog at tsroadmap.com and I downloaded it, and looked through it, and I think that it is a bit lacking.
Anyway, I wanted to know what people look for (if they even use such a program) in a program like this.
I was hoping to get some suggestions from people on what they are looking for.
I want to put something together that has a decent looking interface, and has some good pictures for useful measuring. I like the idea of having a pill counter.
Any suggestions?

I haven't looked at the Translog.
I like documentation and things, but I never got that thorough.
I keep a chronology of events in Excel with everything from significant (name change) to insignificant (first time that I had my eyebrows waxed).
The chronology was helpful for my therapist.
I keep a count of pills in Excel with all the orders, consumption and days left.

Translog is good for tracking measurements. But any good spreadsheet program can do the same thing, and is a adaptable to your individual needs.
I have it too, but I am now using Excel. More usable.

I don't track anything. my pharmacy automatically refills my testosterone and when i get labs, i compare them against the old with my physician. i don't really understand why anyone would.

From day one i used a word file and update it daily, i put in it if my bp and glucose were normal, I'm diabetic, being on Spiro I keep track of when and how much I take, before switching to patches i used Estrogel and would put how much I used daily, now I'm on patches and keep track on when I change them, I take Avodart every other day so this helps me keep track. It is more like a diary after that with things that took place that day. If you only want to track meds and measurements a spread sheet will do the job.

If you get a HRT regime set up - make certain to take an adequate supply when you travel - including a few days extra in the event of a schedule change
