Hi my name is Sarah i am 20 from the uk my male name is James. Some day i want to transition but at the moment i cant but i am working on changing that.
After a long long time of trying to supress my feminine feelings i realized that suppressing my feelings may be the cause of my clinical depression. All that time i was being male i felt so low all the time but
when i am being Sarah the depression goes away.
I came out to my parents who did not take it too well my mum thinks that we dress as woman just to be with men and are gay sort of thing but i tried explaining things to her i think she will come round in time.
My friends are supportive which is cool. The only problem i face is because of my height
I am 6ft2 a very tall girl indeed.
Just hope i dont stand out.

Hi Sarah, :icon_wave:
Welcome to our little family. Over 1900 strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion. Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams. Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.
But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another sister. :icon_hug:

Welcome.
Working on transitioning is better than doing nothing, but it takes one step at a time. I'm fairly new to this, too, so I don't have the experience of some of the others. Still, what works for me is to just take one small step at a time and see how that goes. I try not to look too far down the road. Just a step at a time.
BTW, I've known a lot of very tall women, especially about your age. I once had to supervise a group where the males had to be 6 feet tall to get in. I noticed with a little surprise that the one woman in the group was taller than any of the men.
Good luck.
- Kate
