i will be possibly starting hrt soon, but i did have one question i've not seen anyone else mention yet(maybe i'm the only one who drinks these), would i have to give up all the energy drinks for best possible results on hrt?
Brittiney believes the answer is yes, so any of you that know please either confirm or disaffirm her notion and enlighten us at to why.
thanks, Mekayla

I think that you should give up energy drinks regardless of hrt.. those things are Horribly unhealthy!

i'm doing this the opposite way, coffee doesn't help the darkness of facial hair, even Britt has commented once or twice on that, so i stay away from coffee, plus for it to actually taste decent i really do need half a cup of sugar poured into it, so really not much diff than an energy drink right? ;D ;D ;D ;D

I actually doubt energy drinks will have much of an impact if at all. I'm not sure how sugar and caffene etc. can affect your hormone levels or response to hormones. ???
Drink it and don't worry I reckon.
How would coffee affect the pigment in your hair?? (unless you are rubbing it on your face.....)
