Hey everyone! I rarely do these on forums, but I believe this forum is like a family after being on here for a day.
Anyways, my story is that I grew up as a girl in the mind *always have been*, repressed it during my youth *I wasn't even aware of it conciously after that*, and now I want to become who I meant to become, since I realize this why I am depress. I also realize that this is who I am, and no matter how much repressing I do, it's never going away. I am slowly researching everything there is about this, but it's been hitting me strongly for about a year. Strongly intesely for about a few months. More I accept this, the more I want this.
What brought me here is that I search up a forum for this, and found it! Hoping that it had a lot of activity, which this one does, so I am glad. I just didn't expect it to be as great as this one is.
Paulina is not a feminized version of my name either, but I believe it's a beautiful sounding name.
Lol, also I love the world, since it's a beautiful world inside outside. It just that society isn't perfect. :)

Welcome. I saw your other post. I think you should go ahead with transition. Others will probably understand in the end. Unless you want to go trough life frustrated. Your own happiness is most important.

I think I know what you mean. I wanted to be a girl when I was little but finally repressed it because it just didn't seem possible. Most of my life I've thought I was a closeted crossdresser. As I've opened up to others, I've also opened to myself and now realize I need to be as much of a woman as I can be.

Hi Paulina and welcome, like you i tried for 56 years to be the person others thought i should be. This never goes away and as we get older becomes stronger with each passing year.
Find yourself a gender therapist they can help you find what's right for you, they don't diagnose us we diagnose ourselves but they will help us get to where we want to go.
