Yes, it is after retouching in Gimp.

neat!
I just got Poser 7 and Bryce 6. Both are giving me a head ache! Maybe some day I'll create something good enough to share.

glad to see you got P7 Cami. :) It has some wonderful shader features and a good render engine (firefly), worlds better than P4.

In theory I should be able to make some pretty cool images. I have PhotoShop CS3 too but I can't seem to make it all work from command line  What ever could I be doing wrong? RTFM I guess, lol

Have it, hate it. I'm usually a huge fan of open source but GIMP just lacks so much IMO. COuld be because I haven't really worked at getting into it but I find photoshop much more user friendly in spite of the price tag.

Don't know why I would spend that much money when the free deal does everything I need. And then, people who start on Gimp don't find PhotoShop exactly user-friendly either.

Photoshop is the industry standard. I only use PhotoPaint now because that's what I started with all those years ago ;) My partners also use Deep Paint which allows for projection mapping onto 3D models, something that comes in very handy for elaborate model texturing.
Pretty Fairy Lisbeth! Sorry we didn't mean to hijack your thread talking about programs lol :embarrassed:

Very cool. I used to work in the "fairy & dragon" industry, this reminds me a lot of Nene Thomas. She was/is a great artist, we hooked her up with the company doing her sculptures. Anyway very cool work.

Photoshop is the industry standard.
Personally, I hate photoshop with an unholy passion. It's a great representation of a monopoly product.

I have to agree, which is another reason I don't personally use it and never really cared for it- it's a lot of hype and other programs have most or all of the same features for less money.

Quote from: FairyGirl on May 11, 2009, 06:28:24 PMThe money issue is a huge one. I priced a couple of copies of PS for the business and discovered I could buy at least 10 copies of a similar product for the same amount of money.
