Hi, I am Britney from Arizona, U.S. I just signed up here as from a brief read-through this looks like an interesting community. My brief story is that I'm a genetic male but have been "crossdressing" as female for a little over a year now. I'm not full-time and am still going through identity issues but for now I identify as a crossdresser or "weekender" as I generally dress every weekend, identify as female while out and about, and try to present that way as much as possible in social scenes in trans-friendly clubs on the weekends.
I am always interested in learning more about trans issues from others who are more experienced than me. I am more than happy to offer my advice to those who may not be very experienced or who simply need advice. Likewise, I am always interested in trans rights, safety, and activism in our society. I'm in Australia and don't know much about your neck of the woods (code for I've forgotten what state you are in :laugh:).

I dont know about the heap but it is sure nice to say hello to a new member of this site.... They are really a great bunch and have litrally saved my life sevral times.....

Thanks for everyone's support! It looks like there are a lot of people here from a lot of different places. It is getting hot here in Arizona so I won't be wearing any long-sleeve dress tonight! :)

At least in AZ it's a dry heat. It's INCREDIBLY humid here in PA right now.
