Rule 2 is a zero tolerance rule. Anyone violating it WILL lose their ability to access the site or ability to post.
This includes Mister who is totally banned for two weeks, and Annwyn who can still read the forums but has to wait for her 100 point warning level to decay to 50 points before being able to post again. At two points per day, I believe that is approximately 25 days.
Lets review:
Rule 20 says:
Posting snide comments about how site policy is interpreted, or asking repeatedly in the public forums when privileges which have been suspended will be returned qualify. Don't do it.
If the two contact me and assure me that this action won't be repeated then I will consider reducing or removing the bans. Until then the bans remain.

I can't PM to ask because they're borked. Can someone either fix them or communicate with me (in a way i could actually respond, preferably) as to why they cannot be fixed? This getting warnings by trying to communicate to mods/Susan about my PMs without being able to PM is getting old. Please fix. Please.
