KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WZZM) - It's now illegal for landlords and employers in Kalamazoo to discriminate against gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people.
"I have a hard time understanding why anyone has the need to discriminate against others," said City Commissioner Sean McCann before voting for the ordinance Monday night.
