Leading professional services firm Ernst & Young LLP announced today the release of a report designed to help companies implement corporate policies that truly impact the day-to-day work experience of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender (LGBT) employees. The full report titled, "Making it Real," is available at http://www.ey.com/us and will be distributed at the Out & Equal Workplace Summit in Chicago from September 14-16.

"Making it Real" is the result of an LGBT Inclusiveness Roundtable hosted by Ernst & Young in July. Participants in the roundtable included a selection of global companies who received a score of 100% on the Human Rights Campaign's (HRC) index. The HRC 100 ranks companies on a scale of 0 to 100 using criteria such as sexual orientation and gender identity policies and same-sex domestic partner benefits. Ernst & Young was the first Big Four professional services firm to receive an HRC 100 rating.
