I've been looking for a therapist and I stumbled upon Dr. Sandra L Samons.
(She has a AASECT 'resume' http://www.aasect.org/viewlisting.asp?ID=337 (http://www.aasect.org/viewlisting.asp?ID=337) and a website http://www.sandrasamons.com/ (http://www.sandrasamons.com/).)
I was wondering if anyone here had any experience with her or had heard anything about her. I've already emailed her to ask some questions before I make any type of commitment as it is still a ways away but I'd like to hear anything any one else knows. I've never heard of her before.
Thanks for any help/information anyone can provide.

Patton: [referring to Rommel's book, 'Infantry Attacks' or 'Infanterie greift an'] Rommel... you magnificent bastard, *I read your book*!
So, do what Patton did, read her book.
She is a co-author of the chapter "Issues of Transgender," in the textbook Psychological Perspectives on Human Sexuality, has authored two journal articles and the book When The Opposite Sex Isn't; Sexual Orientation in Male-to-Female Transgender People.
