If so, did it change more than once?

Shoe size, yes, and I've heard the other sizes will change as your shoulders broaden and your fat redistributes on the midsection and lower half.
I'm wearing clothes from last year but the shoulders are a bit snugger.

At 3 months on T, my clothes size hasn't changed - YET (I'm definitely noticing fat restribution from the hips/butt to the gut, so I'll probably go down from a 32 pants waist to a 30). I have however noticed (ever since I started buying only mens' clothes) that the size Small seems to be a wistful fantasy in the mens' shirts section. 90% of the stores I go into have shirt sizes beginning at Medium and ending in XXXXL (or however many Xs). In a medium, I am just big enough to not be drowning but small enough to look like I'm emulating either a wannabe-rapper or a scrawny 12-year-old. Off-topic, I know, but I've been waiting for a jumping off point to rant about this.
RELEVANT: At 3 months on T, I've gone from a comfortable 8 in womens' shoes to an 8.5 in mens' shoes (and that 8.5 isn't loose by any means. I'm still wearing a pair of sneakers in mens' 8, and in them I'm never confident that my toes haven't been crushed back into nonexistence and absorbed back into my feet).

I thought bones didn't grow on T if you're past growing. What gets bigger with the feet?

Bones.
There are no growth plates in your feet.

Feet and hands got bigger. And don't buy a suit unless you wear one often, because the body shape change makes it unwearable after a year or so. It was ok for me, cause I wore them to work, so I was happy to replace after a year. But if it's only needed for occasional wear, then maybe go with a sport jacket and pants, so you can get the jacket adjusted and chuck the pants.

No growth plates in your feet? Awesome. I'm hoping for a miracle cause I can barely fill some men's 8's. Does anyone know where I could find some transition pics with hands and feet changes?

You think YOU have a problem?! My converse are a mens size 4!
They're slightly snug, I could probably get away with a 5. It's weird, 'cause the rest of me is very solidly built... I just have small as heck feet! I suppose of all the physical "outs" I could have been lumped with, I could have done a lot worse ;)

Good news for you guys, between 1 month on T and now (3 months on T) my feet have grown two sizes. I went from 7 1/2 to 9 1/2, so my feet are much more proportionate and male-looking.

Hmm... yes and no. My feet went from a men's size 7 1/2-8 to a 10 in a matter of months... right BEFORE I went on T. Don't ask me how that happened, because I have NO clue. And I've gone from size 40 pants to 35 and still dropping... but I can only partially attribute that to the T. I did go back on it just after starting my diet, but I must note that I had dieted about 30 times prior to ever getting on T, and it never worked before. On T, I've actually eaten more than I typically did before when dieting, and yet have lost at least 30 lbs.
What seems to have grown the most are my head and hands. Fortunately, most of my baseball caps are adjustable, because I've had to loosen them lately. And I didn't even realize it until I tried on a pair of my mom's gardening gloves, but my hands have grown exponentially. They used to be even smaller than my mom's, but now I can't even begin to get my hands into her gloves. That was one I never expected.

Huhn. I didn't know the head grew, as well. You mean I won't always have to shop for hats in the boys' department? Yay! ;D
I'm just a little less than 3 months on T, and so far I've noticed growth in my hands and shoulders. I think my feet have gotten a tad wider, but not longer yet. That's O.K. with me. My feet are long enough that I can usually find men's shoes that would fit, except that they're so dang skinny that they swim even in women's shoes. And I really don't want to have to replace my work boots before October, when the company will be buying me a new pair. So hopefully my feet either don't grow much, (lengthwise) or they have a nice quick spurt in the week or so before the shoe mobile shows up. ;)

I've been measuring my feet monthly, and thus far I've experienced no change in foot length (6 months on T). My feet have, however, grown at least a 1/4" in width (measured at the ball of the foot). This is somewhat unfortunate, as my Pre-T feet were already too wide to fit comfortably in mens' shoes that were sized to the length of my foot; I always had to either get a size or so bigger or track down some wides. Apparently my grandfather also has to wear wide-width shoes...

* months on "T" and my feet have gone up from a seven to an eight in men's. I've gone form A kids xl t-shirt to an adult medium because my shoulders are getting so much bigger. I've outgrown ALL my shirts and had to buy new. Pants have gone down about a size, but I was pretty skinny to start with. Seems like the fat moves from the rest of my body to my gut, then I get it worked off and then there is more to work off. Luckily it seems to be fairly easy to get rid of...Let's hope it stays that way! My hands are much bigger, Gotta love "t"!
