How much is average FFS? What are the most necessery parts to fix usually?

vast difference ofc in doctors and prices but thailand can be anywhere from $9000 upwards to $30000, another good option if you require excellent results on budget is Dr cardenas in Mexico or one of my favorite Dr's is Dr Di Maggio based in Buenos Aires they typically will cost a full package at $15000
as with all, do you homework very carefully, join the yahoo ffs suport group and become educated.
ohh i forget to add, what you may wish done is really open to opinion, contact surgeons direct and get assessments you soon get a feel for what you may require.

It depends on where you go, what you need. I paid 48K for mine but I had a type III forehead. I was an ugly duckling :(
