is there a surgey to get rid of broad shoulders? or does the regular gender reassignment surgery get rid of them?

Only the type performed by Leatherface from "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" or Hannibal Lector of "Silence of the Lambs."

You're stuck with the shoulders you were born with or with having none at all.

Nichole, your list is incomplete.  You failed to mention Saw.

I have broad shoulders and what the women tell me is that I am lucky to have shoulders because then my purse is not as likely to slip down. Reminds me of the times I go into the grocery store and am told that I am lucky to be so tall because then I can always reach the top shelf.

It's true that you can't reduce the size of your shoulder bones.
However, your shoulders are more than just bones, they are flesh and muscle too.

My biceps over time have shrunk quite a bit.
How much my back and chest muscles have shrunk is harder to tell.
I just wore a blouse that used to be tight on the shoulders a year ago and now it fits perfectly.

No, you can't expect anything that's physically impossible, but HRT will be an improvement.

Yes, it is great to be in the supermarket and have the little old ladies say,
"You're such a tall girl, could you get that off the top shelf for me?"

I'm trying to see this in my head. I don't think getting a vagina is going to have any effect on your shoulders. But I have been wrong before.

Maybe they take some material from other places to create a lovely vag for you, if you you don't have... er... large enough male parts? LOL I dunno.  I think the OP was thinking SRS was MORE than just the stuff down there.  Sadly though if you want more, it's extra surgeries.  I have to agree with everyone else that there really isn't a way to get rid of broad shoulders.  Though not all ladies have thin ones anyway.

Yes the GRS really helps. It makes the hands and feet shrink too.  >:-)
