Kind of strange, really, to realize how fragile our electronic infrastructure really is.

The New York Times and the Los Angeles Times are both reporting that yesterday's attack on social networking sites was aimed at just one blogger from the Republic of Georgia.

From the Los Angeles Times' Cyber attack that brought down Twitter was aimed at dissident blogger:

Never forget it.  Your presence (anyone's really) is like tracking footprints in a new snow, and the information is wide open.  Might as well put in on the side of a WallMart in orange spray paint.

Was a security expert a few years ago who said
My memory only and not precise. " The only safe PC from attack is buried in concrete, and the hard drive nailed shut. And I'm not sure how safe that is?"

I think it was a magazine quote.

Will the next war start with a massive influx of virus and worms. Whose weapons will be vulnerable? How to you test for it?
