Title: Hello from England

Hello everyone,
I'm 20, biologically female, from England. University student. I currently identify with being an androgyne, although there still is plenty of confusion as to how I feel, but currently I feel that best describes me. Psychologically I don't feel very traditionally masculine or feminine, although I think being biologically/physically female makes me bring out masculinity more. I used to (well, still do sometimes) think about being a man. But I feel that having a masculine or feminine gender doesn't fufill me, it's both or maybe none (?) :-\
Although I've felt these sorts of issues for awhile I'm pretty new to talking openly about them, only really ever mentioned some things to one friend before. I hope I can learn lots from others by being here. ;)

Welcome to Susan's, Wayfarer. I live in the States, but there are plenty of Brits around here.
I always thought I was both and neither male/female. It can be a tough place to be when most of the world sees gender as a binary.
This is a good place to "talk" to others and, in the process come out to yourself.
Welcome. :D

Thanks Kate. :)
Yes that feels familiar, it's quite a relief to hear from people and read stories obout Transgender issues. I didn't realise a forum like this existed, very valuable resource it seems.

Another Brit here too (albeit an SO, rather than someone in transition). Welcome Wayfarer - and any others who I didn't get to say "hi" to yet...I've been busy.

Hi Wayfarer,
I'm an Aussie but I still talk to poms. Even if they stole the Ashes from us
Welcome and join in, nice people here and very helpful.
Love

Hi Wayfarer, :icon_wave:
Welcome to our little family. Over 3100 strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion.
Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams. Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.
But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another andro. :icon_hug:
And be sure to check out
Blessed Be.
Janet

Hey thank you all for the warm welcomes!
I've moved into my new house for my last year of university, with no internet, so may be up to a couple of weeks yet before I can get back to posting properly. Best wishes all. :)
