Title: I'm beginning to really worry about this....

So, I've been doing many strategies to improve life, but I still have one major issue: tiredness. It's that disconnected feeling that has been plaguing me for months, maybe even years. I think depression may be playing it's role, but I worry there is more to it. I have adjusted my diet in college, including meat, fruits, yogurt, healthy cereal, etc, in an effort to make sure I'm not nutritionally deprived. It does not matter if it's 4 hours, 6, 8, or 10 hours of sleep, I'm tired regardless of duration of sleep. And I guess I could say I'm getting tired of being tired, lol.

It's not like this last year has been all daisies and roses for you! I'm proud of you for trying to improve your lifestyle but the things you've been through traumatised you physically as well as emotionally, and your body needs time to recover too. Are you getting any exercise? I don't mean out powerlifting but you know, like an hour a day of walking or swimming or something? Depression could be a big part of it but exercise will push out a lot of demons too.

Yup, every day on the weekdays in particular, I get around everywhere by my bicycle. Last night I was playing some sports activities with my friends too :), probably will do so more often too lol.
But yeah...now I'm living on my own at campus so it's a bit of adjustment too, and I'm working on trying to understand myself a bit better too....but being around some of the girls I got nailed a little by gender stuff, but I still swear it isn't the case. >< It's like I don't want it, and push away, but it's still coming back :-\
