Now here's the tricky part: Had things gone down differently round about the 10th week I was occupying Mom's uterus, my female plumbing might have more resembled male hardware.
That's because male and female genitals in the embryonic stage are exactly the same. It's only when the chromosomes start to kick in, that gonads become ovaries or testicles, while other bits grow into penises or clitorises.
Most often, our things are clear to the naked eye. Sometimes, not.
