i have recently shaved all my body hair to find scars I forgotten and knobbly knees , I just read that both Angelina Jolie and Kate Moss have both knobbly knees because they are so thin, any how any ideas how to hide them without surgery?

Are you on HRT? HRT will likely deposit some fat in that area which will make it less visible. Also, lots of women have knees like that, if you take the time to look at all the women's knees that you see :P.
