I don't think she transitioned when she was young.

Aside from the obvious (and yes I'm envious), she's incredibly talented and very articulate. I think she has the capacity to be a great inspirational speaker. She will be a fantastic role model.

She's a great speaker and makes great points.
The take-away for me was the reality that not-so-slowly we are becoming "normalized" in society and the "freak" stereotype is fading. And that's coming by people just living their lives and putting a face on trannsexualism.
