Are girdles worth wearing, I am thinking about buying one.

We still have to smooth things out now and then, so they can be handy. These days, the traditional girdle has been displaced in popularity by the Spanx and other "shapewear", such as Newport News' Shape FX line. Fit can be tricky. I found in buying the leg type that my thighs were loose in a girdle that was quite tight in the waist. And, of course, there's the butt and hip areas. If you're slender in those areas, consider picking up some foam pads-- or better yet, the type of girdle that comes with pads.

I have padded ones that I use everyday.  I am one of those girls who is built like a boy ( Gee I wonder why? ).  And I am thinking of trying my hand at developing my own pads.

Most gg's(xx) wear traditional style girdles to tame the jiggle in the wiggle. I wear things like waist cinchers or corsets to get the hr glass.

I tried them and personally didn't think much of them. However, my corset has changed my life.
