I think it's gotta be 2LDK(apt #). It's an Asian movie about two roomates who start out having a spat over some silly things & then ESCALATES beyond belief including drain cleaner & a chainsaw.

Wanted to post a youtube of the 4 min fight scene but i can't seem to find a good quality one atm.
