Introductions aren't really my strong suit; oh well...
I'm a 22-yr. old MtF, in my beginning years at university. I've been watching without posting for entirely too long; on the order of months...
I've been through some of the transitioning process already; I've seen a therapist, and I have T-blockers. For some reason though, I'm kind of stalled. I think it's a confidence issue; my university is pretty far away from where my family lives, and I don't really know many people around here. I'm not out on campus yet, but it's not much of a stretch, as I already act somewhat femininely.
I am out to my family already. My mother is wonderfully supportive; my stepfather less so, but not 'opposed' in the traditional sense. I believe he's reserving his judgement for some other day.
I don't have a lot of friends, as i'm kinda shy IRL. Interestingly, I'm pretty well liked, even in my current 'blurred-line' gender presentation. I'm the kind of person that everyone eventually knows the name of, though I myself have no idea who most of them might be. ^_^
Let's see... other interesting stuff... I've been to Japan a couple of times, once as a high-school student exchange for a year. Japan's actually where I started coming to terms with who I am; I almost came out at the school there.
That's about all I can think of right now, so there you go!

College is a great place to transition. May I ask your major?

Hi Luna, :icon_wave:
Welcome to our little family. Over 3500 strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion.
Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams. Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.
But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another sister. :icon_hug:
And be sure to check out
Blessed Be.
Janet

I haven't actually declared any major yet, but I'd love to get something Japan-related.
The university I'm at has an entire Asian Studies department; I'd have to transfer to the main campus though. (This place has multiple campuses here and there, and I ended up being accepted by this one, five hours' drive from home, as opposed to the main one which was merely on the other side of the city.) I was planning to do something like that anyway, though, as the town I find myself in now is way too small for a city girl like me. ^_^
