so I have been transioining for about a year and have been "out" since I started.
However, my old job from two years ago rang me up to come work for them over xmas. Im excited as to be doing this as I really enjoyed working there, but a little nervous about what to tell them.
I'm going in to see the operations manager to get my roster and thought I better bring it up then. I want them to know because I want them to call me by my boy name and male pronouns and male uniform. But any ideas how I can bring this up to someone who is probably clueless to what being trans is?
I dont just want to blurt it out... lol

Check the wiki for "Coming out at work (https://www.susans.org/wiki/A_Guide_to_Coming_Out_at_the_Workplace)". Very useful information.
I used it when I came out to my last employer.
