two words: prostate fluid
or, you're shooting blanks (not to discount the possibility of a swimmer around in there, but for the most part seminal production is now nill or close to it)
if you *stopped* hrt it would slowly return to somewhat normal, but why you would want to chose that is beyond me (but that's just my opinion intertwined with fact)

Will it return to normal?
Maybe yes, but don't count on it.
If fertility was a concern you shouldn't be at this point anyway.
The four stages are:
- White
- Clear
- None
- "How the heck would I know? I haven't touched that thing in months!

Orgasm without ejaculation is so nice. Much cleaner. Although, some of the sensation of orgasm *is* from the pressure release of fluids.

I second this.
I have to say that I have been on hormones for about 9 months, and my ejaculate is clear. I got curious the other day, but I really haven't masturbated in a long time.

10 months blocking T and mine is clear and there is very little of it. As far as 'atrophy' goes this can happen from HRT. Atrophy means they stop working for good. I think it depends on how much T blocker you take and probably a bit to do with estrogen dosage (do not talk actual dosages here). I actually wish mine would atrophy!

As someone who was on and off hormones for a while, yes, if you stop hormones it will go back to normal. However, after about 12 months of E your fertility will drop dramatically and after a couple of years, you will not produce sperm.
The clear fluid is produced by your prostate gland and is a natural lubricant/ carrier for the sperm. Long term exposure to female hormones will shrink the prostrate gland.
Be happy, it is a sign that you are moving towards your true gender

I'm at the clear stage myself but I was wondering if you experience sevear testicular atrophy for many months dose that mean you can stop or least lower your dose of androgen blockers because your capacity to manufacture T is diminished?

In theory yes, but there isn't any hard info on reducing antiandrogen dose after the poison factories have atrophied. (sorry for the non-answer, I don't know)

Absolutely normal for a first time HRT taker just starting out for the first six months. But If you carry on with HRT you won't be able to ejaculate at all. You seem unsure of your HRT and transitional motives? but if you wanted stop HRT now it would return to it's original state!
