Catholic Church Already Hatin' For The Holidays

The post I wrote asking if we could go a month without any holiday hatred being directed at transpeople isn't even a week old and the Catholic Church is already hatin' for the holidays.
Cardinal Javier Lozano Barragan of Mexico, the emeritus president of the Pontifical Council for Pastoral Health (1996-2009) said in an interview with Pontifex,
homosexuals and ->-bleeped-<-s "will never enter into the reign of God," appealing to St. Paul

I guess if you are a Protestant the only response that could be expected is, " and your point is......?"
If you are a member of the RCC it is a far more difficult situation though, and they have my sympathy for the situation they find themselves in.
