Title: Treadmill

I am SO freaking excited! I was given a treadmill, and a nice one too!

Seriously though, I really like to exercise and it's really been getting me down that it's been so cold and wet. I don't do the gym anymore because they went to a key card system with no staff, and honestly I'm afraid to be there. So the street it was. When it started dropping to the single digits I started staying in more, which makes it harder to eat right...which with my uncooperative body makes Becca a fat girl in like a week.
But no more! Redemption! I've been on it for the last two hours and I'm soooo jazzed lol.

That's what I got mine for...gyms are just weird, and I want to be sure I can walk/run in any weather which sucks alot where I live. I want to start doing my Bollywood dance workout too :)

Be sure to align the belt and lubricate the deck, you may wish to pop the plastic part covering the motors off and see if you need to dust/vacuum a little. Put it on some foam flooring or a large mat to help cushion impact further and protect your surface when the treadmill inclines. And a surge protector on the power cord. Don't ever fold it while it's inclined.

I need a treadmill. As of now, I just go running on this trail near my house. I don't mind if it's a little cold or rainy, but I skipped a few days last week, when it wouldn't get above single digit temperatures.

My mom has one that she's never used just sitting in her basement.
I asked for it but she said no...lol
