Title: Having issues finding a FtM top surgery surgeon in my location, Help?

I'm sure you all know the pain in the ass this can be. Finding a surgeon that you don't have to fly cross country for!

I'm in the Indiana/Illinois/Kentucky area. If any of you know of a surgeon that does FtM top surgery around here, please please please comment back!

I think Dr. Medalie is in Cleveland Ohio.

There's also Dr. Stein in Chicago, and Dr. Steinwald in Lake Forest, IL (North of Chicago.)

Have you checked out TransBucket.com and ftmsurgeryinfo group at Yahoo?  Both are excellent resources.
