Title: Pliates

Has anyone tried Pilates? I hear it's supposed to give you a more slender appearance.

Pliates is great for toning and increasing flexibility and is very relaxing
IMHO everyone should atleast try pilates or yoga

i agree, pilates is one of the best forms of exercise, i feel so much lighter doing it, i encourage my dancers to do pilates all the time, it helps with flexibilty and balance too!

A couple months ago, I started doing a short routine I found a Ford model doing on You Tube, you can really feel it in your core! I'm getting better at it (finally), and am able to keep my legs straighter when I lift them. They really seem to address a problem area on me.
