i been asking friends about  what surgery i need alot of then say nose job real girls and trans i dont have a vey female like nose i have a small hump the bone is wide my nose hole are big but personaly i dont thing that will make a diffrets to make the fame more female i have square jaw and chin and if i can get nose job wound that make my jaw?chin look bigger? so am asking why do the girl get nose job then tits

I'm guessing they probably have softer features to begin with.

The obvious answer is that you show your nose to everyone but show your breasts to very few.

I always thought I had a too-big nose.  I went for a nose job because I thought it would be easy and affordable.  (It's a lot bigger surgery than I had thought.)  When the surgeon asked why I was there for the consult, I said my nose.  She said: why?  So I guess my nose isn't that bad and the world is stuck looking at it.

Most plastic surgeons will take pictures of your face, front and profile, and then run it through a program to show you what you would look like after the surgery.  If you do that, you will see if it makes your jaw look more square or whatever.

And I really don't think most girls get nose jobs first.

For me the nose is on the top of the list.  I think because it is big and obvious, hard to hide, and would have the most dramatic effect, not to mention being relatively inexpensive.   

I'd probably consider chin/jaw over nose personally, but if you're going to get that kind of work done might as well get the nose as well.

The first surgery I had was an Orchidectomy.  If I was to have FFS, I would shorten the upper lip, soften the jaw and fill in the temples.

But when and if I ever have the funds, I would shot directly for SRS.  And if I could a BA.

FFS is about being feminine not being hot.  Any woman can have an ugly nose, even celebrities.  I would hold off on the nose and concentrate on the things that are truly masculine.  To me or at least my face, the Brow ridge was my biggest concern.  It is the most expensive to fix but that is because there is a lot more too it.  Most guys have a big one and it makes me look like a caveman as do most men.  But you might be different.  I have an ugly nose too, but there is nothing about it that says "MAN."  The chin and jaw are easily fixed as well and are also can be very masculine traits.  The adams apple is the easiest and cheapest and the biggest give away.

I also believe getting real cleavage can make most men not look at your face and look at your chest first.  That can be a good thing if you have a masculine face like I do.
