That guy is just lol, he really needs to get out of the rat colony more often!

I haven't used this supplement because I eat a LOT of meat and dark green vegetables, including salmon and crab, spinach and olive oil. I get plenty of protein and essential fatty acids. I recently tried to go back on a regular menu that included sugars and grains and my breasts stopped growing, my hair dried out and I felt tired and cranky all the time. Maybe this would have helped, it kind of looks like it.

From what I can gather from the references it basically makes your cells use oxygen more efficiently, and binds with the nasties to slow the aging process. Athletes have more of certain parts in their cells, and this supplement in theory looks like it would stimulate the production and maintenance of those parts which would in turn make your stuff work better. It might be worth a try for a few months if a micronized version isn't ridiculously expensive, if it is than I vote for salmon instead.

Normally it costs 20 euro for 30 of 100 mg.

But 10 euro is also possible.
