A man is to stand trial charged with breaching an Asbo which bans him from dressing up as a schoolgirl.
Peter Trigger is banned from wearing a skirt or showing bare legs on a school day between 8.30am and 10am, and 2.45pm and 4pm.
The 60-year-old, from Farndon Close, Northampton, was given the five-year Asbo in December 2008 after waiting near a primary school in the town dressed as a schoolgirl.

The whole Asbo deal is Nanny State behavior at its worst. It criminalizes behaviors for certain persons that is not criminal when done by anyone else. Real sucky law there.

This is an example where one is considered a subject instead of a citizen. This would be unconstitutional in the U.S.
