Welcome to our little family. Over 4000 strong. That would be one heck of a family reunion.
Feel free to post your successes/failures, Hopes/dreams. Ask questions and seek answers. Give and receive advice.
But remember we are family here, your family now. And it is always nice to have another sister. :icon_hug:

A lot will depend on what you are prescribed if you are with the NHS.... It's seems quite common in the UK to start us on Adrogen blockers for 3 to 6 months before adding any Estrogen to the mix....but regardless of the meds some mild effects could be experienced after as little as a few weeks (ie: a mild version of those feelings you talk about), but more noticable effects usually take a minumum of a few months, to a year, to kick in..
...I'm sure your prescribing doctor will explain the expected symptoms/risks/timescales for your specific meds before you start taking them... ;)

Hi Mandi. Welcome to Susan's.
I noticed effects on anti-androgens in three days. (As always, your results may be different.) I felt "right" for the first time since puberty.
The effects of the estrogen were slower for me to feel. I don't remember exactly, but it seemed like it was about 6-8 weeks before I felt a tenderness around my breasts. The visual effects - being able to see growth - took longer.
Look around here at Susan's, Mandi. There's lots of good information and good people here.
Happy exploring. :icon_wave:
