Title: High Metabolism & HRT - facial changes?

I'm pretty tall and skinny (BMI of 18). I'm just planning my options because I'm searching for a new job that does a lot of interaction with clients. I am thinking how viable it would be to stay in male mode for a long duration considering my body characteristics.
If you're skinny and with a low BMI, how feminized did your face get after HRT?
I've been on hormones for one full month now and I have not gained any body weight. My face looks a little bit more feminine, but can't really pinpoint what it is exactly. Besides that, I have big brow bones, a masculine nose, and a masculine jaw. Any estimates on how long I can stay in a male role while on HRT if possible with these characteristics?
Thanks in Advance.

Wow, BMI of 18? I'm 5' 11" 146 punds (BMI 20.4) and I thought I was thin! There just isn't much difference between the bodies of male and female ectomorphs (us tall skinny people). You should be able to stay in male mode for as long as you want, probably indefinitely.

I am not far behind you, Virginia. 5' 10", 145 lbs, BMI 20.8. My face has changed, thinner, cheeks now are more visible.
However, with a 38B, boy mode has long since went away. :eusa_dance: :eusa_dance:

When I was about 156 at over 6'2" (19.9ish BMI), people said I looked ill.. like often. Y'all must have a different (better) bone structure than me.
I've gained a little bit of weight since weighing that, but there has def been a noticeable change in my face. However, people don't pay much attention. Until (with luck) you have boobs you can't hide, I'm pretty sure you'll be able to pass as a guy for as long as you'd like.

when I started HRT I was 6'1 weighing 130ish so yeah I was def skinny.
Right now I'm at like 145ish? depending on my eating habits as it fluctuates a lot.
Either way my face isn't as harsh as it used to be but body is still very very skinny in some areas. . . but I mean overall I don't think it's that big of a deal. I just have to remind myself to keep eating small constant meals throughout the day because I can drop weight very easily into that unhealthy range.
