						I had blood tests:
CHOLESTEROL: 114 mg/dL
TRIGLYCERIDES: 42 mg/dL
CHOLESTEROL- HDL: 35 mg/dL
CHOLESTEROL-LDL calc: 71 %mg
CHOLESTEROL/ HDL: 3
NON-HDL_CHOLESTEROL: 79 mg/dL
Any tips on how to raise HDL cholesterol levels?

Exercise is supposed to boost your HDL levels and lower LDL.
