Title: Odd Questions

If there are two sides to a fence, what side of the fence should you be on?
Is the fence keeping others out or you in?
Should you take up an offensive or defensive position?
If you can build a bridge, is the fence necessary?
Your thoughts and questions...

If there are two sides to a fence, what side of the fence should you be on?
the same side as the rest of you :)
Is the fence keeping others out or you in?
perhaps it's only making good neighbors?
Should you take up an offensive or defensive position?
(for information on what position is best, see the Kama Sutra) :o
If you can build a bridge, is the fence necessary?
only to keep the trolls out from under the bridge. ;D

If there are two sides to a fence, what side of the fence should you be on?
The side where the grass is greener
Is the fence keeping others out or you in?
Keeping me in
Should you take up an offensive or defensive position?
A good defense is a good offense
If you can build a bridge, is the fence necessary?
Well, you can still have a fence on a bridge, or going down the middle of the bridge.
The fence might still be required so that you can view both sides of it from above..

I beleive there is a thing for crossing fences, A turnstyle.. That works for me. If you don't like my life, keep in the far corner, I'm no bother that way.

Does the fence keep you from falling off the bridge or does it keep flying things out?

Install a gate in the fence and keep the gate open.
No need to take an offensive or defensive position as long as you remember conflict cannot survive without your participation.
Buy a boat so you don't have to build a bridge.

If there are two sides to a fence, what side of the fence should you be on?
I would sit on the fence and observe both sides of the fence and then and only then would I choose the side that is greener.
Is the fence keeping others out or you in?
I do not want to be fenced in and the fence is keeping everyone apart, so we need to build that bridge to get over our differences.
Should you take up an offensive or defensive position?
As Nicky said "A good defense is a good offense"
If you can build a bridge, is the fence necessary?
The answer would generally be yes, because while you still have the fence in place, both sides would be able to build a bridge between them. Once the bridge has been built, the fence can come down in time.
Kind regards
Sarah B
PS Peace be with you always.

If there are two sides to a fence, what side of the fence should you be on?
Depends on who built the fence.
Is the fence keeping others out or you in?
The fence helps keep honest people honest.
Should you take up an offensive or defensive position?
Depends on which side the barking dog is.
If you can build a bridge, is the fence necessary?
A fence laid flat becomes a bridge.
Depends on who built the fence.

If there are two sides to a fence, what side of the fence should you be on?
If I can't see over the fence, I'll get something to stand on.
Is the fence keeping others out or you in?
Or perhaps I should remove a few slats so we can each go back and forth?
Should you take up an offensive or defensive position?
How about unfencive?
If you can build a bridge, is the fence necessary?
It may no longer be necessary, but perhaps it is there only for decoration anyway.

IMO, do as with the Gordian knot, take the fence down, no decisions to make, we are all one.
