Title: Question...

Kind of an embarrassing question, does HRT really make your penis smaller? and would this effect how much depth you can get later down the road if you get SRS?

It can and it would -- mostly it gets smaller from not being used (from what I know). Some on here have said that by using it they didn't lose much size.

From what I can recall, depth after surgery is mostly affected by your pre-HRT penis size, not your penis size at time of surgery.

If I may, I will add that, the skin around all genitals is very elastic, designed to stretch.
A male organ can more than triple in size in it normal course.
The female organ can discharge a baby!!!! If you've ever seen a baby being born, you get the idea.
If you're lining up for SRS then this is the last thing that I would suggest, you should have on your mind.
But if you wanna trade places......? ;)

Prior to SRS I had less than 2 inches - probably about an inch and a half if that. My surgeon still managed to get me 7 inches of depth, so really don't worry.

11 months HRT. My testicles are noticeably smaller but the penis is about the same. (Rats! >:()

I wouldn't over worry about it. Skin stretches even after SRS.

What they use is the skin of the penis and although I've experienced some shrinkage of my penis the skin has remained the same size while the actual penis shaft itself has shrunk so it shouldn't have any effect on depth as far as I'm aware... Although it dose make the thing look even worse than it did historically which I lol at when I see it in such a state.
It's small and really wrinkly with a eerie purple groove running down it.

It's an engorged vein. If it's worrying you ask your dr next time.
