PHOENIX  --  Another year, another candlelight vigil for 22-year-old Maurice Green, but four years later, there still has not been an arrest for his murder.

"You like to think that these things don't happen in your town," said Arizona TransAlliance Co-Chair Erica Keppler.

Tom Simplot, Phoenix's only openly gay City Council member said it is important to come together every year to remember Green, and to combat hate crimes.
